Boodler will have a standard format for distributing soundscapes. A package will have a unique name and version number.
A package can contains agents, sound samples, or both. (But dividing soundscapes up into small packages is best. You should probably keep the agents and sounds in separate packages -- perhaps more than one of each.)
A package includes metadata -- information about who created the package, what it contains, and what other packages it requires.
